Trading tools that show their work

RMT Algo Lab builds risk panels, broker inspectors and rule-based Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5. Every product documents what it does, what it cannot do, and how to test it before you risk capital.

Trading involves risk of loss. No product here promises profit, guaranteed fills or a passed evaluation. Past results are not future results.

FREE LEARNING TOOLS

Check the numbers before you trade

Estimate daily-loss room and the theoretical closed-profit shortfall for a consistency rule. No signup or MT5 connection: calculations run entirely in your browser, then you can compare with our free read-only monitor.

Education only. Every firm's exact limits, daily reset and trading-day rules can differ.

Risk utilities on MQL5 Market

Six paid utilities listed on MQL5 Market, each with a free demo for the Strategy Tester. Links open the official product page on mql5.com.

Paid · v1.2

RMT Capital Firewall

Risk manager for MetaTrader 5: watches daily loss, drawdown and equity floor in the scope you choose, then warns or runs the protective actions you allow.

Problem: prop-firm and personal limits are easy to break when several EAs trade at once.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Execution Inspector

Read-only panel for one symbol: spread, stop level, freeze level, lot rules, margin and an OrderCheck for a reference order.

Problem: brokers hide stop levels and freeze rules until an order fails.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Exposure & Stress Matrix

See net and gross currency exposure across open positions, per-symbol risk, and simple ATR stress scenarios. Read-only calculations.

Problem: three “unrelated” pairs can share the same USD risk without you noticing.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Strategy Health Monitor

Compares an EA’s recent closed trades with its own historical baseline: losing streaks, drawdown and resampled outcome ranges. It does not trade.

Problem: an EA can look “fine” while its recent trades drift far from its own history.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Position Guardian

Manages positions you already have: automatic breakeven, trailing stop and partial closes — only for the trades and magic numbers you select.

Problem: manual breakeven and partials are easy to skip under pressure.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Visual Trade Planner

Plan an order on the chart with entry, stop and target lines. See risk-based lot size, margin and reward before you send anything.

Problem: wrong lot size turns a sound stop into an oversized loss.

Free · v1.0

RMT Prop Rules Monitor

A read-only panel for evaluation and funded accounts. It shows how much room is left before the daily-loss and maximum-loss rules, and whether your open stop-losses would break a rule if every one of them hit.

  • Never opens, modifies or closes trades
  • Open risk across the whole account, all symbols
  • A position without a stop is UNKNOWN — never counted as zero risk
  • Remembers a reached limit after a terminal restart
  • Alerts once per threshold, not on every tick

Status: published on MQL5 Market on 19 October 2026 as a free product — the full version, not a demo.

Download free on MQL5 Details

Problem: prop-firm rules are hard to track live when several symbols and EAs share one account.

Demo recorded on a DEMO account with still frames from a real terminal, crossfade edit. No live results are implied.

Rule-based Expert Advisors

Published on MQL5 Market on 19 October 2026. Each one has a free demo for the Strategy Tester. The rules are experimental: backtests are not live results and no profit is promised.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Modular AutoTrader

Rule-based EA with three selectable engines — Donchian breakout, trend pullback and trend state — sharing configurable risk and order controls.

Problem: switching between breakout and pullback rules usually means rewriting the whole EA.

Limits: hedging only tested; rules are experimental; backtests are not live results.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Session Breakout

Trades the breakout of a session range you define: one box per day, one entry after the window, stop on the other side of the box, flat-time close.

Problem: overnight and mid-session risk is easy to leave open when you step away from the chart.

Limits: tested on five symbols 2023–2026 and one live demo close; netting and indices not certified.

Paid · v1.0

RMT Evaluation Rules Trader

Enforces the rules you set for an evaluation cycle: daily loss, maximum loss (static or trailing) and an optional profit target, kept across restarts.

Problem: evaluation limits live in a spreadsheet while the account keeps trading.

Limits: hedging demo tested; cannot stop other EAs or manual trades; does not promise a pass.

How to test before you buy or risk capital

Every RMT tool is meant to be checked on your own broker data first. The same three steps apply to all of them.

  1. Install from MQL5 Market

In MetaTrader 5, open the Market tab, find the product name, press Install. The Expert Advisor appears under Navigator → Expert Advisors. Drag it onto a chart of the symbol you trade and allow algo trading for that chart.

  2. Run the Strategy Tester on your broker’s data

Each product page includes a short test matrix: symbol, timeframe, date range and model. Reproduce that matrix first, then change one input at a time. The free monitor is read-only, so the Tester mainly validates the panel and alerts.

  3. Use a demo account before any live capital

Attach the tool to a demo chart for at least a few sessions. Compare the journal and the panel against your own notes. Only after that should you decide whether the tool fits your process — not the other way around.

FAQ and technical limits

Do these products promise profit?

No. RMT tools are rule engines, risk panels and inspectors. They do not predict markets, guarantee fills, or promise that an evaluation will be passed. Trading involves risk of loss.

Which MetaTrader versions and account types are supported?

Everything here targets MetaTrader 5. Hedging accounts are what the EAs were tested on. Netting, stocks, indices and crypto are not certified unless a product page says so explicitly.

Does the free monitor place trades?

No. RMT Prop Rules Monitor is read-only. It never opens, modifies or closes positions and does not block other EAs. A position without a stop shows as UNKNOWN, never as zero risk.

Can I see a real account number, balance or user list on this site?

No. This site does not publish account numbers, balances, user counts, testimonials or download statistics. Demo videos are labelled as demo recordings from a real terminal.

Are the videos live trading?

The demo videos are edits of still frames captured from a real MetaTrader 5 terminal on a DEMO account, joined with crossfade and narration. They are not continuous screen recordings and not live performance.

Is the free monitor a demo of a paid product?

No. RMT Prop Rules Monitor is the full product and it is free on MQL5 Market. The paid products offer a separate free demo that runs only in the Strategy Tester.

Do you collect cookies, emails or analytics?

This local build does not load third-party analytics, ads or trackers and does not send personal data anywhere. Click events towards MQL5 are recorded only in your own browser session for local testing, not on a server.

Where do I report a bug or ask about a licence?

Use the support channel listed on each MQL5 product page after purchase, or the contact options on your MQL5 profile. This site does not host a separate ticket system.
